50-Hour Somatic Yoga Teacher Training

Move differently. Notice differently. Live differently.

📍 In Person + Live Online

November 2026 – February 2027

$888 through August 15 ($300 off!)

What if the most valuable thing you learned wasn’t another technique, but a completely new way of understanding the body?

Join Emily for our 50-Hour Somatic Yoga Teacher Training, an immersive experience exploring nervous system awareness, therapeutic movement, functional anatomy, breath, energetic awareness, and inner sensory perception.

This training is rooted in the belief that embodiment cannot simply be taught. It has to be experienced. Together, we’ll explore, move, ask questions, and discover what becomes possible when we learn to listen to the wisdom of the body.

Whether you teach yoga, work in wellness, or are simply curious to learn more, we would love to have you with us.

Join us in person at That Yoga Studio in White Hall, WV, participate fully online via live Zoom, or choose our hybrid option. Hybrid participants attend at least three training weekends in person, with the remaining weekends available live online.

WHAT YOU’LL EXPLORE

• Somatic movement + inner sensory awareness

• Nervous system regulation + embodied presence

• Functional anatomy + therapeutic movement

• Breathwork + meditation

• Chanting + the relationship between sound and embodiment

• Energetic awareness

• Developing your own embodied movement practice

• Bringing somatic principles into yoga teaching + wellness work

This isn’t about collecting more techniques. It’s about learning to experience the body differently—and from that experience, learning how to guide others.

WHO THIS TRAINING IS FOR

This training is for yoga teachers, movement and wellness professionals, and anyone who wants to deepen their relationship with their own body.

You do not need to be a yoga teacher. No previous somatic experience is required.

Come to deepen your personal practice, expand the way you work with others, or begin exploring a more embodied approach to teaching.

You don’t have to know more. You have to be willing to notice more.

MEET YOUR TEACHER

Emily Plauché, M.S. in Yoga Therapy

My relationship with yoga began with Vinyasa and my first 200-hour teacher training at Charm City Yoga in Baltimore. Over the years, my teaching evolved through graduate study in Yoga Therapy and deeper exploration of somatic movement, functional anatomy, meditation, breath, chanting, and nervous system awareness.

My work today brings those threads together—honoring the traditions of yoga while exploring what becomes possible when we slow down enough to actually feel and listen to the body.

I hold a Master of Science in Yoga Therapy and have completed extensive study in somatic movement, including SATYA training with Tias Little.

This training is the culmination of years of practice, study, teaching—and continuing to be a student myself.
